1. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel from the billing controls in your Centralee account. A valid cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid billing period and stops the next automatic renewal.
To avoid the next charge, cancellation must be completed before the payment provider processes the renewal. The renewal date and current paid-period end are shown in your account where available.
2. How the billing date works
If a monthly subscription renews on the 17th and you cancel on the 16th before renewal is processed, no new charge is made on the 17th and paid access ends when the current period expires.
If the subscription renews on the 17th and you cancel on the 19th, the 17th charge has already purchased the next monthly period. The subscription will not renew again, and you may continue using paid features until that paid period ends, normally on the 17th of the following month.
The same rule applies to annual subscriptions: cancellation after an annual renewal stops the following annual renewal, while access continues until the end of the annual period already paid for.
3. No refunds or prorated credits
All payments are final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. We do not issue refunds or credits for unused days or months, cancellation after renewal, accidental renewal, account inactivity, failure to use features, plan downgrades, or dissatisfaction after purchase.
Cancelling does not reverse a completed charge. We therefore recommend reviewing the renewal date and cancelling before it if you do not want another billing period.
5. Failed and duplicate payments
A failed or declined payment does not create a right to paid access. If a bank or payment provider shows a temporary debit for a failed transaction, reversal timing is controlled by that provider and the relevant bank.
If you believe the same purchase was charged more than once or a charge was unauthorised, contact support promptly. We will investigate provider records and take any action required by applicable law or payment-network rules. This review is not a general refund entitlement.
6. Access after cancellation
Paid features remain available through the current paid-period end, subject to these Terms and any suspension required for fraud, abuse, security, or legal reasons. After the period ends, workspace changes are paused until a new paid subscription is started.
7. Plan changes
Upgrades may take effect immediately and may create a prorated charge determined at checkout. Downgrades may be scheduled for a future cycle. A completed plan-change charge is non-refundable.
8. Billing support
For cancellation or billing questions, email hello@centralee.com from the address associated with your account. Include the workspace email, payment date, amount, and payment or subscription identifier. Never send full payment-card details, passwords, UPI PINs, or OTPs.
